SMS notifications for our team and trade partners
JRCO USA (J.R. & Co.), a commercial roofing and building enclosure contractor, sends operational text messages to its employees, project managers, foremen, and subcontractors. This page describes the program and shows how consent is collected during onboarding.
What we send
Messages are strictly operational — never marketing or promotional. They include:
- Job assignmentsCrew and project assignments, dispatch details, site locations.
- Schedule changesStart-time updates, reschedules, and same-day adjustments.
- ComplianceCertificate of insurance and certification renewal reminders.
- SafetySafety stand-downs, incident notifications, and site alerts.
How consent is collected
Employees and subcontractors opt in while completing onboarding paperwork — in person on paper, or through a secure digital onboarding link sent directly to the individual. The consent section below appears in that paperwork. The checkbox is unchecked by default; the person must actively check it and provide their mobile number to consent. We never purchase, rent, or obtain phone numbers from third parties — every recipient already has a business relationship with JRCO USA.
